Vertically integrated serverless

We make infrastructure disappear.

Compute, data, storage, search, and AI as one system — built on our own infrastructure for public, private, and hybrid cloud.

One system. One control plane.

Compute, data, AI, and access share a single fabric — not a collage of managed services with separate APIs, billing, and operational models.

Compute

Functions & Workers

Auto-scaling execution with fine-grained metering. APIs, backends, and long-running jobs without capacity planning or idle fleets.

Data

Tables

High-performance NoSQL datastore, serverless by default — no clusters to size, no provisioning cycles.

Storage

Buckets

Object storage in the same stack as compute and data — for media, logs, worker volumes, and direct uploads via pre-signed URLs.

Discovery

Search

Full-text and vector indexing on your tables and objects — native to the stack, not a third-party sidecar.

AI

Inference & Training

Serverless inference endpoints and training workflows on the same fabric as your data — no separate AI platform to stitch in.

Access

Gateway & ops

Routes, domains, CDN edge, secrets, streaming, and alerts — the operational surface you should not have to assemble yourself.

Fundamentally different by design

Not retrofitted. Not layered. Not resale of hyperscaler primitives. Built from scratch as a serverless-first cloud on our own infrastructure.

Built serverless-first

Architected from scratch — not evolved from legacy VM primitives. Serverless is the foundation, not a bolted-on feature.

Unified full-stack architecture

Compute, data, AI, and access as one system. Not 20–30 stitched services with separate billing, IAM, and APIs.

Structural cost advantage

Fine-grained metering and scale-to-zero across the fabric — designed to remove idle spend, not paper over it with reserved capacity.

AI-native infrastructure

Inference, training, and vector workflows integrated at the core — not an add-on marketplace next to your database.

Sovereign by design

European infrastructure aligned with EU residency and regulatory requirements. Built for data locality — including on-premise User Nodes.

Autonomous operations

A unified control plane that scales, heals, and optimizes without standing ops teams babysitting services.

Built for the workloads that break yesterday’s cloud

Bursty AI, agent systems, and sovereign data locality — without idle GPUs, service sprawl, or hyperscaler lock-in as the default path.

AI inference at scale

Pay-per-inference execution with dynamic scaling. No GPU reservation tax when traffic is quiet.

Continuous AI training

Short-lived fine-tuning on live operational data — without overprovisioned training clusters.

Agent & autonomous workloads

Infrastructure shaped for bursty, tool-using agents — with developer control still in the loop.

Modern backend

APIs, event-driven systems, and internal tools on one stack — without assembling a dozen managed services.

Deploy once. The platform runs it.

You ship the application. Scaling, healing, and optimization stay with the control plane.

01

Deploy your stack

Declare functions, tables, storage, and routes — via API, CLI, or Console — as one deployable unit.

02

Control plane operates

Resources come up immediately. The platform handles scaling, healing, and placement across the fabric.

03

Pay for what runs

Scale with demand. Scale to zero when idle. One credit balance across compute, data, and AI.

Frequently asked questions

KERNSTACK is a vertically integrated serverless cloud — compute, data, storage, search, and AI as one system on our own infrastructure. Deploy your stack; the platform handles scaling, operations, and optimization. One credit balance across services; pay only for what runs.

Hyperscalers evolved from VM primitives and expose hundreds of loosely coupled services. KERNSTACK was built serverless-first: compute, data, and AI share one fabric instead of being stitched together after the fact. That means simpler operations, clearer unit economics, and AI-native infrastructure from day one — not a marketplace of add-ons.

No. KERNSTACK runs on our own infrastructure. We are not wrapping Lambda, DynamoDB, or S3 behind another brand. Vertical integration is the product — and the reason we can offer one system for public, private, and hybrid deployments, including on-premise User Nodes.

KERNSTACK is in closed preview. Reach out for access. Preview environments may change — APIs, features, and pricing are not final, and we do not yet offer production SLAs.

KERNSTACK runs on our own infrastructure, currently deployed in Europe. The architecture supports public, private, and hybrid cloud — including on-premise User Nodes when data locality or sovereignty requires it.
